Position: Server (Restaurant)
Company Assigned: Joliant Restaurant
Work Location: Salcedo Village, 134 Valero, Makati City, 1227 Metro Manila, Philippines.

Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and teamwork to maintain high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Process customer bills and payments accurately when assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  • Respond to customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Previous experience as a restaurant server is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Honest, reliable, and a team player.
