Job Summary:

The Restaurant Staff is responsible for performing assigned duties based on their designated position and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining standards for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties and responsibilities appropriate to the employee's assigned position, including but not limited to Roasting, Waiting, Dishwashing, Cashiering, Steaming, Cooking, Dispatching, Inventory, Auditing, Supervising, Doorman, Janitorial, and other restaurant operations.
• Prepare, cook, roast, steam, and handle food products according to company standards.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Take, prepare, process, and coordinate customer orders accurately.
• Handle cash and payments properly when assigned.
• Assist with inventory receiving, counting, storage, and monitoring when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Properly use and care for company equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other restaurant staff.
• Follow company policies, procedures, schedules, and instructions.
• Report operational concerns, incidents, shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of performing assigned duties.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.

Pay: Php695.00 - Php900.00 per day
