JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work well with a team and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and served on time
  • Monitor service quality, store cleanliness, and overall shift performance
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and proper storage of supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
