Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve them promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
  • Process payments (cash or card) and issue receipts when required.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Follow company standards on service, food safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; vocational or hospitality training is an advantage.
  • Experience in F&B service is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
