Job Summary
The Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area. Candidates with experience in a Japanese grill, yakiniku, or samgyupsal restaurant are preferred due to the specialized service and grilling assistance required.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Assist guests with grilling meats and explain menu items when needed.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Prepare and replenish dining essentials such as sauces, side dishes, utensils, and beverages.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company SOPs at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- At least High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
- With at least 1 year of experience as Dining Staff, Service Crew, or Wait Staff in a Japanese grill, yakiniku, or samgyupsal restaurant.
- Knowledge of Japanese grill or Korean BBQ dining service is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php600.00 - Php650.00 per day
