Front of House (FOH) Staff – Job Summary

Salary: Minimum Wage / day + Service Charge

Role Overview:
The Front of House (FOH) Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve orders promptly and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
Clear, clean, and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen regarding guest requests and dietary requirements.

Customer satisfaction
Order accuracy and service speed
Cash handling accuracy
Cleanliness and organization
Compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications:
Senior High School graduate preferred
At least 1 year of FOH experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Work Schedule:

Location Requirement:
Must be able to commute to or relocate to the assigned work location before starting employment.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
