• Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions using the restaurant’s POS system.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist guests warmly, answering any questions regarding menu items, restaurant policies, or reservations.
• Check Handling: Manage and prepare guest bills, apply discounts, promotions, or gratuities, and process final payments.
• Receipts and Invoices: Provide customers with receipts and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier station, front desk, and nearby areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials (pens, menus, business cards, etc.).
• Handle Reservations: Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements using the reservation system.
• Communication: Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure seamless communication regarding guest seating and table turnover.
• Knowledge of Menu: Be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu items, specials, and beverage offerings, including sushi, sake, and other Japanese dishes, in order to assist guests.
• Upsell Opportunities: Encourage customers to explore higher-end or additional menu items (e.g., signature dishes, premium sake).
• End-of-Day Procedures: Balance the cash register and prepare a daily financial report at the end of the shift.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or discrepancies regarding payments calmly and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Security Awareness: Ensure the security of the cash register and maintain confidentiality regarding any financial matters of the restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
