Full job description

Gringo restaurant Quezon city SM Fairview is looking for a KITCHEN HELPER.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any course-related or equivalent at least high school/vocational/college level
  • Preferably with experience as a kitchen helper
  • Preferably with experience in a casual dining restaurant
  • Knowledgeable in proper knife safety and procedures.
  • knowledgeable in Kitchen Station
  • Basic food preparation skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in basic food preparation which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing of ingredients.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations
  • Cleaning, monitoring and setting up BOH workstations with all needed ingredients
  • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
  • Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior
