- MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, suggest menu items, and answer questions.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and garnish food items according to company standards and safety procedures.
- Service Operation: Deliver food and beverages to tables or service counters promptly.
- Cashiering/POS: Process payments (cash, credit cards), handle transactions, and balance the cash register.
- Sanitation: Clean tables, wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies and ensure products are properly stored.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Multitasking: Managing orders and tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to meet goals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
