- Order Accuracy Rate – Number of correct orders served versus total orders.
- Speed of Service – Average serving time per customer.
- Attendance and Punctuality Rate – Number of on-time shifts versus total scheduled shifts.
- Food Safety Compliance – Adherence to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Sales Contribution – Upselling performance and promotion of add-ons.
- Teamwork and Collaboration – Ability to work well with co-staff and management.
- Cleanliness and Store Maintenance – Consistency in maintaining store cleanliness and proper equipment handling.
- Product Knowledge – Familiarity with the menu and promotions to assist customers efficiently.
- Customer Complaint Handling – Ability to resolve customer concerns and provide a positive dining experience.
Job Type: Full-time
