1. Customer Service

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables when required.
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding food ingredients, preparation, and allergens.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.

2. Order Taking

• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Confirm orders with guests to minimize errors.
• Relay orders promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely service.

3. Food and Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality expectations before serving.
• Check guest satisfaction during the meal and respond promptly to requests.
• Refill beverages and provide additional items as needed.

4. Cash Handling

• Prepare and present guest bills accurately.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
• Issue official receipts.
• Balance cash transactions according to company procedures.

5. Dining Area Maintenance

• Prepare tables before service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Ensure sufficient supplies such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and tableware are available.

6. Food Safety and Hygiene

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Comply with company policies and local health regulations.
• Report any food quality or safety concerns immediately.

7. Teamwork

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, cashiers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Assist coworkers during busy periods.
• Support restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

8. Inventory Support

• Assist in monitoring dining supplies and service materials.
• Report shortages or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Help replenish stocks as assigned.

9. Closing and Opening Duties

• Complete assigned opening and closing checklists.
• Clean workstations and dining areas.
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and secured.

10. Other Responsibilities

• Attend company meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
