Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Guest Services Representative will continually strive for the development of sales in the restaurant. He/she is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in guest handling, from greeting and taking orders to clearing tables and processing bills, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
The Guest Services Representative is a key part of the hotel team, focusing on a strong Team Culture, superior Customer Service, and astute practice of Expense Management, resulting in Financial Success through upselling while demonstrating Leadership through a positive and professional attitude.
