Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Bartender/Server to provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve beverages, take customer orders, deliver food and drinks accurately, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or order slips.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Process customer payments and issue official receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, dining area, tables, and workstations.
• Replenish bar stocks, supplies, and garnishes as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Verify customers' age before serving alcoholic beverages when required.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support teammates and perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food service, beverage preparation, cocktails, and bar operations is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
• Must have a pleasing personality and a professional appearance.
• Can start asap.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao (near Gateway).

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
