We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Food Server to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving delicious food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through our food and beverage selections.
• Order Taking: Take precise food and drink orders, noting any special dietary requirements, allergies, or customization requests.
• POS Operation: Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff regarding timing and special requests.
• Food & Beverage Service: Promptly serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Table Maintenance: Check in on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and clear plates or debris proactively.
• Payment Handling: Prepare accurate guest checks, process cash, credit, or mobile payments, and return correct change.
• Sidework & Setup: Perform essential opening, closing, and running sidework, including polishing silverware, rolling silverware, setting tables, and restocking service stations.

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
