Job Summary

Las Tres Marias Restaurant is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashier / Service Crew.

This role is perfect for applicants who are honest, trainable, fast learners, and willing to follow company standards. Experience is not required because training will be provided, but applicants must be ready to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Properly welcome and greet customers with energy and professionalism

Take customer orders accurately

Repeat orders clearly before punching

Input orders correctly in the POS system, specifically Loyverse

Handle cash, GCash, and other payment methods properly

Ensure all orders are complete before serving or releasing

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintain cleanliness of the cashier, dining, and service areas

Assist customers with questions or concerns

Upsell menu items when applicable

Follow company SOPs, policies, and service standards at all times

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate

With or without experience; training will be provided

Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Fast learner and willing to be trained

Good communication skills

Can work under pressure, especially during rush hours

Team player and willing to follow instructions

Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Non-Negotiables

Must be honest, especially when handling cash and payments

No tardiness or absenteeism without valid reason

Must follow SOPs at all times

Must give 100% effort every shift

Must be willing to learn and improve

Must communicate properly with supervisors and teammates
