We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and reliable Restaurant Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, card, and other electronic payments accurately and securely.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, assembling, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Restock supplies and assist in monitoring inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve operational, sales, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
