Restaurant Trainee Manager jobs

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and managing staff performance. This role is key in driving operational efficiency and delivering a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise and guide restaurant staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and ordering of supplies.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the restaurant facilities.
• Assist in training and developing restaurant staff to improve service quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in the food service or restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting.
• Amenable to work in PITX, Paranaque.
