PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (OPERATIONS – STALLS)
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all food hall stalls.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
Compliance & Standards
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.

- Enforce company policies, including service charge guidelines and customer handling procedures.
Tenant Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants for operational concerns.
- Ensure tenants comply with agreed guidelines, operating hours, and mall/food hall policies.
Audit & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct routine audits and ensure immediate action on deviations.
- Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and operational issues for improvement. Customer Experience
- Ensure overall dining area cleanliness, orderliness, and service efficiency.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (ADMINISTRATION)

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor and update cash accountability, incident reports, and compliance tracking.
Cash & Fund Monitoring
- Oversee petty cash, change funds, and deposit compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission to Accounting.
Manpower Supervision
- Supervise Dishwashers, Busboys, and Cleaners. Ensure proper scheduling, rotation, and productivity of assigned personnel.
- Coordination with Departments Liaise with Accounting, Maintenance, and Commissary for operational needs.
- Follow up on pending items such as repairs, supply requests, and approvals.
ROTATION OVERSIGHT (FOOD HALL CLEANLINESS)
- Ensure proper rotation and assignment of Dishwashers and Busboys as Food Hall Cleaners.
- Monitor execution of cleaning schedules across all areas (dining, dishwashing, restrooms).
- Conduct spot checks to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
COMPLIANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Enforce discipline and consistency in operations and staff performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all operational, sanitation, and administrative policies.
- Take initiative in resolving issues and preventing recurring problems.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with tenants, staff, and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
