Restaurant Supervisor - Purple Rice (Thai Restaurant)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-Restaurant operations and service standards

-Food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices

- Basic inventory management and cost control

- Customer service principles and conflict resolution

- Health and safety regulations
-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

-Attention to detail and organizational ability

-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

-Sales-oriented mindset with ability to drive revenue

-Ability to manage change effectively

-Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and reporting dashboards

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Head Office: Cainta, Rizal

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
-At least 2–3 years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
-Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

-Experience in restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management

-Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate
