If you’ve got a passion for hospitality, a knack for coaching, and a healthy obsession with high standards, we want you to lead our squad!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Vibe: Set the energy for the shift, keeping the team pumped, focused, and supported.
- Run the Floor: Oversee daily operations (front or back of house), ensuring seamless service and spot-on quality.
- Coach & Develop: Help your team grow, cross-train, and crush their goals.
- Solve on the Fly: Handle guest feedback and unexpected twists with grace, grit, and a positive attitude.
What You Bring:
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of restaurant experience, with a proven track record of stepping up to lead.
- The Vibes: High energy, exceptional communication skills, and a "we, not me" attitude.
- The Skills: Sharp problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work peak hours, including nights and weekends.
