They provide menu recommendations, enter orders into POS systems, ensure accuracy, handle payments, and maintain table cleanliness, acting as the primary point of contact for service.   • Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, answering menu questions, and handling complaints.
  • Order Management: Accurately taking orders and conveying special dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen.
  • Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks promptly and checking back to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, refilling drinks, and resetting tables for new guests.
  • Financial Transactions: Processing payments, managing cash, and providing receipts.
