Full job description

1. Guest Relations & Service

  • Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests as they arrive, verify or check reservations, and escort them to their tables.
  • Customer Care: Address customer inquiries, manage waitlists during peak hours, and resolve any guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay well-versed in daily specials, core menu items, and dietary accommodations (e.g., vegan, gluten-free) to assist guests and guide their ordering choices.

2. Reservation Management

  • Booking Handling: Manage table reservations via phone, email, and digital platforms (e.g., OpenTable).
  • Scheduling: Maintain an organized, up-to-date booking schedule and contact guests to confirm reservations to reduce no-shows.

3. Operations & Communication

  • Liaison: Act as the central communication hub between the front-of-house (waitstaff, servers, cashiers) and the back-of-house (kitchen staff) to ensure smooth service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform opening and closing duties, which may include arranging menu cards, ensuring the hostess desk is tidy, and coordinating billing.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
