Restaurant Receptionist jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive

• Manage reservations and seating assignments.

• Coordinate waitlists during busy periods and communicate wait times clearly to guests

• Maintain a clean and organized reception/hostess area

• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

• Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously, escalating issues as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (restaurant experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Work Environment:

Fast-paced restaurant setting; may require standing for extended periods and managing multiple tasks at once.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php19,300.00 per month
