The Purchasing Associate is responsible for assisting with the purchasing of supplies, materials, and other items needed by the company. The role includes coordinating with suppliers, monitoring orders, and ensuring that items are delivered on time and at a reasonable cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing supplies, materials, and other company needs.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and other purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Check received items against purchase orders.
• Maintain proper records of purchases and supplier information.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; a college graduate is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Previous purchasing experience is an advantage; but not required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work from Monday - Saturday. (Hybrid Schedule)
• Willing to commute or work in BGC, Taguig
• Can start immediately/Immediately Available
