Key Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Track order status and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier contracts, and pricing documentation
  • Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery delays
  • Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to align purchasing needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably within the meat or food manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with procurement/ERP systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Work Setup
Onsite, based in Taguig

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
