Position: Purchasing Assistant
Company: Al Dente Food Group

Job Summary
The Purchasing Assistant supports daily purchasing operations across Al Dente Food Group by assisting with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation. The role helps ensure timely ordering, accurate records, and smooth purchasing flow while supporting cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
  • Track purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Check delivery documents and assist in resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain basic purchasing and supplier records
  • Support the procurement team with daily operational needs
  • Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, and finance teams as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Operations or any business related courses.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative support
  • Background in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing documents and simple reporting
  • Willing to support on-site and operational tasks
