Restaurant Purchasing Manager jobs

Leads and directs the work of purchasing personnel including hiring, training and supervising.

Negotiates or renegotiates and administers contracts with contractors to suppliers.

Administers bidding process and contracts.

Researches and evaluates contracts to ensure it is in compliance with government and company regulations.

Evaluates contractors to ensure its performance is aligned with established specifications.

Develops and implements purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Reviews and maintains good record of purchasing files and records such as purchase orders, contracts, etc., to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.

Identifies opportunities for cost savings.

Reviews and evaluates prices for suppliers/contractors in a periodic manner.

Continually improves purchasing methods/processes.

Performs cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.

Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.

Researches and evaluates suppliers and contractors to compare pricing and services.

Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.

To perform other duties and special that may be assigned by the superiors or any authorized representative.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Procurement: 5 years (Preferred)
• Inventory management: 3 years (Preferred)
