URGENT HIRING: WAITRESS

Join our team! We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
  • Attend to guests’ needs and address concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the dining area

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is preferred
  • Good communication and strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • With pleasing personality and professional appearance
