We're Hiring: VICE PRESIDENT for OPERATIONS
Amici, a well-loved Italian restaurant, and Caramia, known for its iconic Ube Cake and delicious gelato, are looking for a strategic, systems-oriented, and results-driven operations leader to lead and elevate our growing business.
With 75 company-owned and franchise locations and a continuously growing footprint, supported by a 600-strong Operations workforce, this is an opportunity to shape operational excellence, accelerate business growth, and elevate organizational performance.
WHAT YOU’LL LEAD:
• Drive operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across all locations
• Build and strengthen systems, processes, standards, and controls
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience
• Strengthen KPI-driven performance and operational accountability
• Develop high-performing leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline
• Partner with Executive Leadership to translate strategy into execution
