We’re Not Just Hiring Managers — We’re Building Operations Leaders

We are looking for results-driven Area Managers who can lead multiple restaurant brand, drive operational excellence, and ensure stores consistently hit performance standards.

This role is not only about monitoring stores.

We need leaders who can solve operational problems, improve execution, control costs, develop managers, and maintain strong accountability across branches.

If you have strong restaurant operations experience, leadership maturity, and the ability to manage pressure in fast-paced environments, we want to talk to you.

Salary (Based on Capability)

We are hiring across levels:

  • Junior Area Manager – up to ₱30,000
  • Senior Area Manager – up to ₱50,000

Final offer will depend on operational capability, leadership performance, and ability to handle multi-branch operations.

What We’re Looking For

Strong candidates usually have:

  • Strong background in restaurant operations and multi-branch management
  • Ability to lead Restaurant teams effectively
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling sales, labor cost, food cost, and operational KPIs
  • High accountability and operational discipline
  • Ability to manage pressure and fast-changing operational concerns
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Knowledge in inventory, audits, food safety, and process implementation
  • Organized in handling reports, follow-ups, and operational tracking

Work Discipline Expectations

  • Monitor store compliance, KPIs, manpower, and operational performance
  • Ensure proper implementation of company systems and standards
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, Commissary, and Head Office teams
  • Submit complete and accurate reports on time
  • Drive sales performance and operational improvements across assigned stores

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-unit restaurant or commissary operations
  • Background in fast-paced restaurant brands or expanding operations
  • Experience handling P&L analysis and cost control
  • Familiarity with POS systems, Google Workspace, and operational reporting systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, service, and operational standards are maintained
  • Monitor sales, labor cost, food cost, and branch profitability
  • Lead, train, and evaluate Restaurant teams
  • Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions
  • Handle escalated operational and customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with Head Office regarding manpower, operations, and expansion plans
