Join us now as a Marketing Associate!

Primary Functions:

The Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing campaigns, branch promotions, and brand activities. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and branch personnel, handling purchasing and inventory of marketing materials, scheduling marketing activities, and ensuring timely distribution of collaterals to branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate purchasing of marketing materials, giveaways, and promotional items.
  • Process purchase requests, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and send marketing collaterals to branches, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Maintain inventory records of marketing materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with branch personnel regarding marketing requirements and campaign schedules.
  • Monitor deadlines and schedules for branch activations, promotions, and events.
  • Support creation and organization of marketing reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for marketing-related requirements.
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Assist in administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, purchasing, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement and supplier coordination processes.
  • Experience handling scheduling and distribution of marketing collaterals to multiple branches.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
