The Restaurant General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, manages both FOH and BOH teams, ensures compliance with food safety and service standards, and drives sales and profit performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily store operations to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency
• Achieve sales, cost, and profitability targets
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and accurate sales recording
• Ensure compliance with audit, safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Recruit, train, and coach staff to build a high-performing team
• Ensure consistent service and product quality across all shifts
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues
• Support new store openings, promotions, and operational programs
• Utilize systems such as POS, SAP, HRIS, etc.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and support teams
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of HRM, Business Management, or related course
• At least 5 years of experience as Restaurant General Manager in a structured, company-owned casual dining restaurants
• Strong people management, customer service, and financial management background
• Experience in store opening and training is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, SAP, and HRIS
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret numbers/reports
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Knowledgeable in audit, food safety, and sanitation standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
