Full job description
We are hiring for a Restaurant Manager position for a high-end restaurant and bar in BGC, Taguig (Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 + Service Charge Fee).
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years of management experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
- Experience leading and developing large teams of 30+ staff members
- Strong background in creating SOPs, systems, and structured training programs
- Exceptional hospitality standards and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication and emotionally intelligent leadership skills
- Michelin-level experience is highly preferred
- Available to start ASAP
