DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in supervising the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor employee attendance, grooming, punctuality, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring adequate manpower during operations.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Support cost control initiatives by minimizing food waste and monitoring operating expenses.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and support employee coaching and on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and government regulations.
• Support the implementation of marketing promotions and local store marketing activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and operational checks.
• Complete the management training program and demonstrate readiness for a supervisory or managerial position.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn restaurant management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned or transferred to any branch as required by the company.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
