The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role supports and assists the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent dining experience to all guests.

Qualification:

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to assign in SM Aura Taguig or Bonifacio High Street, Taguig

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
