JOB OBJECTIVE

This position takes charge of the IT Department of the organization. Ensuring all the needs in terms of IT field of the organization is being taking care and provide.

This includes ensuring the network is available to all system users, resolve data communications, and supports store operation’s systems. Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the organization. Installs and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware / software faults and solve technical and applications problems. Administers the company’s internal networks, network security systems, and POS maintenance and troubleshoots.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the IT Department of the company.
• Creating plans and budgets for the company’s continuous growth and improvements especially in IT field needs.
• Supports the roll out of new Store to open: company owned / franchise.
• Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks.
• Emails, Domain Names, Websites, and System Designs management.
• Troubleshoots system (either operations and office) and network problems and diagnoses and solves hardware/software faults
• Applies diagnostic procedures to computers to determine the nature of the problems, and reads codes on screen to diagnose the problem
• Trains staffs and other users on how to use the various equipment, devices and systems
• Undertakes recovery actions in the event of system failures; plans and implement maintenance and upgrades for the system software and hardware.
• Replaces parts as required
• Supports the roll-out of new system applications
• Responds within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Works continuously on a task until completion
• Develops, tests and evaluates new technologies for the improvement of operations process.
• Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Maintains confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network
• Coordinates with different suppliers of hardware / software

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Educational Attainment

At least college degree preferably in IT, Computer Science, and other related discipline

· Experience At least 2 years’ experience as IT Technical Support

· Human Relations

Able to communicate the procedures of simple troubleshooting

Highly conversant; able to discuss operational issues

Pay: Php49,000.00 - Php52,000.00 per month
