Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficient kitchen operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring food items.
• Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Store food properly and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas organized.
• Receive and store deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
• Assist in setting up and closing the kitchen.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food service is an advantage but not always required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Pay: Php18,127.91 - Php20,938.25 per month
