As a BOH Team Member at Bread Ahead, you play a vital role in our daily kitchen and bakery operations. Working behind the scenes, you will support our bakers and kitchen staff in ingredient prep, baking, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and ensuring our Front of House team remains fully stocked with fresh products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ingredient prep, measuring, mixing, and preparing savory fillings following established Bread Ahead recipes.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize baking sheets, utensils, and equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) in dry storage and walk-in chillers.
• Execute daily and deep-cleaning schedules across food prep areas, equipment, and waste stations.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, food handling, and allergen control regulations.

Good To Have:

• Previous kitchen porter, prep cook, or bakery assistant experience.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting supplies.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
