Food and Beverage Intern
Location: Binondo, Manila
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Food and Beverage Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, allowing interns to develop practical skills in customer service, food and beverage operations, and restaurant management while working alongside experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Tourism Management, Culinary Arts, or any related course
- Open to all qualified applicants
- Must be able to complete the required internship hours
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately take, process, and serve food and beverage orders
- Support food preparation, table setup, and dining area organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment
- Assist in monitoring inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Follow company policies, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and service procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to support daily operations
