We are a growing food and beverage company looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Human Resources Lead to strengthen our HR operations and support our continued expansion.

We are looking for someone who can do more than manage day-to-day HR functions — someone capable of building, refining, and implementing systems that will grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Develop, streamline, and improve existing HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Establish structured employee evaluation and performance monitoring systems.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements.
• Develop HR documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training guides.
• Mentor and guide junior HR personnel.
• Work closely with management and store operations to address manpower and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch environment.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable working in a growing company where systems and processes are continuously evolving.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Pay: From Php44,000.00 per month
