Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager specializing in Recruitment and Training to support a large-scale Food & Beverage organization. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, leading learning and development initiatives, and ensuring effective HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels (operations, corporate, and leadership roles)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support business expansion
Training & Development
- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify learning gaps and create development plans to enhance employee performance
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Supervise daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Lead employee engagement programs to improve retention and workplace culture
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
- Support audits and ensure adherence to HR best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience handling large teams or high-volume hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in organizations with 3,000+ employees
- Background in multi-site or operations-heavy environments
- Familiarity with HR systems and training platforms
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
