Full job description

The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ensures HR activities align with company policies and contribute to a positive work environment.

The HR Associate is responsible for:

  • Post and update job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.
  • Address employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. Escalate issues when needed.
  • Manage employee benefits and schedules, including health insurance, advances, SSS/HDMF loans, leave, change-off, cancel-off, change schedule, and other employee matters.
  • Process payroll information and ensure accurate salary computation and timely disbursements.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and track the progress of employee development plans.
  • Handle recruitment, scheduling, and allocation for all on-call employees. Manage timely and accurate payroll processing for such employees.
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated to all employees and assist in their implementation.
  • Ensure that all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain complete, updated, and accurate employee records, including contracts and legal documents, and employee benefits documentation. Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
  • Manage the HR database to ensure that employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrate the performance appraisal process.
  • Generate reports for HR metrics such as turnover rates or absenteeism.
  • Provide necessary data and feedback for employee reviews.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as management requires.
  • Undertakes further duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Open for fresh graduate.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
