We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager specializing in Recruitment and Training to support a large-scale Food & Beverage organization. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, leading learning and development initiatives, and ensuring effective HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels (operations, corporate, and leadership roles)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support business expansion

Training & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Identify learning gaps and create development plans to enhance employee performance
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Supervise daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Lead employee engagement programs to improve retention and workplace culture
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to HR best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience handling large teams or high-volume hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in organizations with 3,000+ employees
  • Background in multi-site or operations-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with HR systems and training platforms

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
