Full job description

A Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering professional, attentive, and personalized service in accordance with the restaurant's standards. The role involves taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, maintaining table presentation, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks according to dining service standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns or requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings before, during, and after service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Process guest bills and payments accurately.
  • Assist in setting up and closing dining areas.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine pairings, and specials.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, table service, and food and beverage presentation.
  • Ability to memorize menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
  • Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or service items when necessary.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per day
