Job Summary

Sun Café is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, accurately handling customer orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
• Coordinate orders with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Serve meals and drinks according to company standards
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and basic concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Assist with billing, cash handling, and payment transactions when required
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is an advantage, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
