Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by delivering prompt service, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with the kitchen and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality service.
  • Attend to guests' requests and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Check on guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables after each service.
  • Process bills and payments accurately when assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and fellow staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • Previous experience as a waiter is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
