Job Summary

The Food Server at 7Twenty7 Maple Grove, General Trias is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. This role plays a key part in creating a positive dining experience by ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and specials to guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond to requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, menu items, and ingredients.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
