Team Member - Beard Papa's - SM North Edsa

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate; College level or College Graduate is an advantage
  • With or without experience in the food service industry
  • Experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve Beard Papa's products following company standards
  • Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, workstations, and dining area
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
  • Monitor product availability and assist in inventory management
  • CAN START ASAP

Pay: From Php755.00 per day
