Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team at Sushi Shokunin. As the first point of contact, you will represent the image and standards of our Japanese restaurant. Your role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and premium dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Manage walk-in guests and reservations efficiently
• Answer phone calls, social media inquiries, and booking messages promptly
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and seating arrangements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
• Handle guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
• Assist in daily reports, reservation logs, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure guests feel valued from arrival until seating

Qualifications:

• Pleasing personality and professional appearance
• At least Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English and Filipino)
• With or without experience, but customer service experience is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Calm under pressure during peak hours
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php700.00 per day
