Restaurant Helper jobs

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to support daily kitchen operations. This role is essential in ensuring food preparation, cleanliness, and organization meet our quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
• Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards and recipes
• Support cooks during service

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling

Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ensure proper handling of ingredients and kitchen tools

Inventory & Stock

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Help receive and organize deliveries
• Restock kitchen supplies as needed

Teamwork

• Work closely with cooks and other kitchen staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Manager

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate
• With or without experience (but kitchen experience is an advantage)
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Can work well under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₱15,600- 17,000 gross per month (depending on experience)
• ₱ 1,000 transportation allowance
