ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Train new employees on service protocols and restaurant policies.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Support the implementation of health and safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Handle cash management and assist in financial reporting as needed.

Relevant skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or HRM/ TOURISM equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years customer service experience in a casual dining environment and experience in a F&B, leadership role is preferred.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
