About the Company
Fagokho Corporation is the parent company of several multinational restaurant brands, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, Fatfook, and other Japanese and Asian dining concepts.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Encoder to join our team under an agency arrangement. The Encoder will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submission of reports and documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Encode and update data accurately in the system or database
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Generate reports as needed by the department
- Coordinate with other departments regarding data and documentation
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- With experience in data entry, encoding, or administrative tasks is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work under an agency employment arrangement
- Can start ASAP is preferred
