Job description

As an Accounting Associate for GoodTaste Restaurant Otek, you will be expected of the following:

  • Assists and supports with the day-to-day clerical and administrative functions of the Accounting Department;
  • Ensure that the invoices and other necessary documents such as delivery receipts, summary report of WIWO are complete;
  • Record daily purchases in the system;
  • Checks weekly payables and ensure the completeness and accuracy of vouchers and EWT forms;
  • Monitors and records purchase of DTI. Prepares Statement of Account of DTI;
  • Assists in payroll concerns and adjustments every cut off period;
  • Scan all receipts daily, assists with Maya concerns and coordinates it with Maya Services;
  • File necessary documents such as vouchers and EWT forms;
  • Assists in releasing of cheques when necessary;
  • Audits petty cash fund when necessary. Maintains financial records and general ledger entries;
  • Process employee payroll (including government deductions);
  • Ensures timely government filings for SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR;
  • Organizes and reconciles financial documents;
  • Assists the senior accounting team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping and Payroll;
  • Familiarity with Government Filing Requirements (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR);
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and Excel;
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
