ABOUT BIGGS:

Biggs, having been around for 40 years, is a beloved regional fast-casual restaurant chain with 25+ locations across Bicol and CALABARZON composed of both company-owned stores and franchise stores.

As we are looking to further scale our business, we are aggressively strengthening operational excellence, franchise relations, customer experience, systems and infrastructure, leadership development and long-term scalability.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We don't want administrators, paper pushers, “head office” managers disconnected from operations or purely marketing or customer service professionals.

We ARE looking for operators, culture builders, multi-unit leaders, relationship managers, coaches and mentors and leaders who know how to balance systems and people

This person will become the face of Biggs to franchisees, a key operational leader to store teams and potentially part of the future COO succession pipeline.

This role reports directly to the COO and works closely with ownership and senior leadership.

THIS IS NOT A NORMAL OPERATIONS ROLE.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of one of the Philippines’ most beloved regional restaurant brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Operations Leadership

  • Lead operational performance across both franchise and company-owned stores
  • Improve execution consistency across locations
  • Ensure brand, service, and quality standards are maintained

II. Multi-Unit Leadership

  • Oversee multiple store operations and field leaders
  • Conduct operational reviews and performance coaching
  • Drive operational excellence, profitability, and accountability

III. Franchise Operations & Relationship Management

  • Strengthen franchisee trust and engagement
  • Support franchisees operationally and relationally
  • Ensure alignment between operations, brand standards, and support systems

IV. Systems & Process Improvement

  • Improve SOPs and operational rhythms
  • Strengthen reporting, visibility, and accountability systems
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Marketing

V. Customer Experience

  • Help elevate Biggs into a more intentional customer experience-driven organization
  • Improve consistency in hospitality, store energy, and service delivery
  • Ensure stores feel operationally excellent AND emotionally memorable

VI. Leadership Development

  • Coach and mentor operations managers and field leaders
  • Help develop future leaders inside the organization
  • Build a high-accountability, low-ego culture

Qualifications:

  • Managed multiple stores (20+) simultaneously
  • Strong operations background in F&B or retail chains
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Strong stakeholder management capability
  • Calmness under pressure
  • Operational discipline balanced with people leadership
  • Open to relocate to Bicol. Package will be discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php500,000.00 per month
