EVENTS ASSISTANT

Job Summary: The Events and Partnerships Staff is responsible for rendering support to the Marketing Communications Department, in the areas of Partnerships, Promotions, Events Coordination, and day to day administration.

1. Partnerships/ Promotions

  • Assists in the processing of DTI application for multiple brand campaigns, partnership promotions and special projects requiring permits.
  • Assists brands in processing POs, RFPs for external suppliers related to event executions and brand activations.
  • Coordinates with the SSI library in the documentation of brand and company-wide events.
  • In-charge of documentation for all brand activations and events.
  • Assists in logistics of product / merchandise pull-outs, as needed.

2. Events Coordination

  • Encodes names & addresses, prints out gum labels for all event invitations, as needed.
  • Assists in coordination with brands to secure details of promotional offers and brand assets for use in campaigns and promotions.
  • Liaises with external and internal suppliers for event requirements such as but not limited to food catering, visual merch display, audio-visual equipment, video and photography services, talents and performers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Management Major in Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce or the equivalent Work Experience
  • With at least 1 year experience preferably in advertising/marketing
  • Competencies I Training / Skills Required
  • Good command of the English language in regular office situations: interacting with colleagues and managers, as well as business clients/partners etc.
  • Well-equipped with knowledge in marketing/advertising
  • Computer Literate
