Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up parcels and documents from warehouse, partner stores, or designated locations on schedule
  • Deliver items to customers within assigned routes and within promised timeframes
  • Verify item condition, quantity, and recipient details before and during delivery
  • Obtain proof of delivery (signature, ID confirmation, photo, or acknowledgment receipt)
  • Collect cash or payment from customers and remit full amount accurately and promptly
  • Update delivery status, send photos, and report issues via mobile app or company system
  • Inspect motorcycle daily; perform basic maintenance and report mechanical problems immediately
  • Follow traffic rules, road safety standards, and company policies at all times
  • Maintain professional appearance and polite communication with customers and partners
  • Submit daily delivery reports, receipts, and collection summaries at the end of shift
  • Assist with sorting and organizing parcels at the hub when needed
  • Achieve daily and weekly delivery targets to qualify for performance bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Metro Manila or nearby areas
  • Valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 / 2 — Motorcycle)
  • Own motorcycle (registered, insured, and roadworthy) — or company-provided unit depending on arrangement
  • Valid Government ID, TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG numbers
  • Clear traffic record and no criminal background
  • Familiarity with Manila streets, routes, and barangays
  • Smartphone capable of running navigation and delivery apps (Android / iOS)
  • Physically fit — able to lift and carry items up to 10–15 kg
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shifts
  • Good time management, honest, reliable, and able to work independently

Pay: Php755.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
