About the role

Become a Delivery Rider with DJ SHOP and be a key part of our mission to provide fast and reliable delivery services. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers across Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver package orders from Main office to customer locations
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of customer orders
  • Provide excellent customer service by being polite and responsive
  • Maintain your vehicle in good working condition
  • Comply with all traffic rules and regulations
  • Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the management team

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with experience riding a motorcycle or scooter
  • Must own a motorcycle in good working condition
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift packages up to 20 kg
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a professional attitude and commitment to safe driving practices
  • Preferably familiar with routes within the assigned delivery area
