Dining Staff – Gerry's Grill | Ayala Vermosa *Willing to start urgently

The Dining Staff plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous service and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Team members work together to ensure guests receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service from arrival until departure.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Former Gerry's Grill employees are welcome to apply; previous employment is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Server / Waitstaff

  • Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
  • Present menu options, answer inquiries, and offer food and beverage recommendations when needed.
  • Accurately record customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner while maintaining quality presentation.
  • Respond to guest requests, address concerns professionally, and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Clear, clean, and reset dining tables to maintain a neat and organized dining area.

Host / Hostess

  • Welcome arriving guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage guest flow by organizing waitlists, reservations, and seating assignments.
  • Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating to maximize dining room efficiency.
  • Monitor table availability and work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create a positive first impression by providing attentive and professional guest assistance.

Bartender

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Ensure beverage orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking bar supplies when necessary.

Cashier

  • Process customer payments accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Issue receipts, balance cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist guests with billing inquiries and ensure all transactions are completed efficiently.
  • Follow company procedures for cash handling and daily financial reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
