Full job description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and consistent business performance. The role provides leadership to operational teams, monitors productivity and service standards, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and works closely with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient business processes across assigned branches, stores, or operational units.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and standards aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, sales, service quality, and overall business results.
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop branch managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
  • Set operational targets and ensure that teams meet established goals and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular branch/store visits and operational reviews to assess compliance, productivity, customer service, and overall performance.
  • Analyze operational reports, sales results, manpower utilization, inventory levels, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, product handling, and prevention of inventory losses or variances.
  • Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor manpower requirements, scheduling, attendance, productivity, and staffing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee productivity.
  • Monitor operating expenses and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising service quality and business performance.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development plans for operational personnel.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the implementation of new systems, processes, branches, stores, or operational projects as required.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and continuously monitor achievement against operational targets.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, food and beverage, or other multi-branch operations is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing teams, branches, stores, or multiple operational units.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, workforce management, inventory control, customer service, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of operational performance monitoring and KPI management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial reports and translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to branches, stores, or other company locations.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
