Restaurant Cafe Manager jobs

To supervise the food and beverage service of all service attendant staff in a specified area of the outlet and in a manner consistent with Sodexo standards.

Key Result Areas:

· To ensure team adheres to SODEXO WAY Service standards through training and role modeling

· To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

· To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.

· To ensure work performance of service attendant staff are according to Sodexo standards.

· To monitor staff on careful used of equipment.

· To participate and contribute in continual improvement process through waste reduction, revenue enhancement, increased customer and staff satisfaction and improved workplace health & safety.

· To ensure food and beverage service is provided in a timely manner at all times.

· To report and resolve service breakdowns

· To ensure smooth and efficient service in the assigned area of responsibility.

· To attend and contribute to staff meeting.

· To play an active role in staff development by identifying training needs and conduct regular training sessions to existing and new staff according to standards, rules and regulations.

· To effectively manage performance of service attendant staff ensuring team efficiency, productivity and compliance through coaching, rewards & recognition, positive reinforcement and disciplinary process.

· To actively promote teamwork and cohesion by demonstrating behavioral and positive mindset examples at all times.

· To ensure that the closing procedures are adhered to such as locking of doors, switch off lights, recording of temperatures, shutting down of the all systems and other equipment.

· To update all scheduled cleaning in responsible area

· To carry any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· To assist other outlet as and when the need arises.

Key Competencies:

· A minimum of 3 years experience in operational hospitality environment preferably in food services

· Good communication skills

· Training and team development skills

· Self motivated, confident, honesty and flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
