The Food Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to restaurant guests, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience, managing the flow of service in the restaurant and training of junior servers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and seat them at their tables
  • Assist with menu recommendations and specials
  • Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
  • Oversee the flow of service, ensuring that courses are served at the appropriate times
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Provide guidance and training to junior servers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
